Where are your events held?

All of our markets are held outdoors. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, as conditions may vary.

What size is the vendor space?

Each vendor is allocated a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, and chair, as these items are not included.

Is there a vendor fee?

Yes, there is a vendor fee. Fees vary by event. To receive information on upcoming opportunities, please visit our Vendor Sign-Up page to be added to our mailing list.

What are the parking arrangements?

Vendors will receive a parking map approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the event. This map will detail free and paid parking options, as well as designated handicap-accessible spaces. Parking availability is dependent on the venue.

When will I receive event instructions?

All event details, including setup instructions, arrival times, and vendor placement, will be provided 3-4 weeks before the event.

Will WiFi be available?

WiFi availability depends on the venue. Some locations may offer public WiFi, but vendors should be prepared to use their own mobile hotspot if necessary.

Will there be access to power?

No, electricity will not be available at the event. Vendors should plan accordingly.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children are welcome. However, please be advised that event photographers may capture images during the market. If you write under a pen name and prefer to maintain privacy, you may wish to consider this before bringing your children.
